After launch, the same email delivers the download link, the SHA-256 checksum and a short guide to verify the Ed25519 signature of the license artifact.

What to expect after downloading

Community starts immediately – the client fetches a signed JWT from the license server on first launch. No account signup.
Offline tolerance: 30 days grace after lease expiry; plus a 24-hour emergency grace on demand.
Tier upgrade inside the client: Community → Professional via the menu, Enterprise via the contact page.
No hidden cost: Community is free forever. Details on the Licensing page, data flows on the transparency page.
